Runescape: attack

A higher level of this skill reduces the number of zeros you deliver on your opponent.
If you want your attack level to progress faster just wear an amulet of power and start fighting.
Another way to increase your attack is to wield the correct type of weapon,
Like if your attack level is 1 use an iron scimitar instead of the bronze or training one.
I would recommend a scimitar as it is balanced
MetalImageAttack level
Bronze1
Iron1
Steel5
Black10
Mithril20
Adamanite30
Rune40
Dragon60

Grand Exchange prices are shown below:

First of all you should buy yourself the highest possible armour and sword you can wear
Here's a list of the levels you need for the various armours and the required levels to wield them

  • Bronze - 1
  • Iron - 1
  • Steel - 5
  • Black -10
  • Mithril - 20
  • Adamant - 30
  • Rune - 40
  • Dragon -60
Now go to the ge and buy amulet of power, amulet of strength and amulet of defense , all of which will cost about 5000 coins (5k) totally.

Combat is the fighting level of yourself. It is the only skill where others can see the level as it will be displayed when the hover over your character. There are three factors which conribute to combat. You can view your combat level in the top part of the first tab of your dashboard depicting two swords

  • Attack
  • Strength
  • Defense
  • Prayer
  • Range
  • Magic

Runescape:Lumbridge

This is the best place for beginners to start.
in lumbridge, there is a bank, a range(where you can cook),some spots for fishing,an altar(where you can recharge your prayer points),an axe shop, a barracks(where you can train in melee, magic, range(arrows),Theres a farm in the north and there's also a mine in the south,There's also a furnace here.
If you want to train combat take out your sword and start killing the monsters in the western part of lum.Do this until level 10.My tip is not to concentrate on combat alone but every activity like woodcutting, mining, combat, cooking, smithing, fishing..

The next posts include tips on various skills and activities

There are lot of skills in which you could improve.
If you need some money just talk with the various tutors there for work. They'll give you a task list which'll remind you of your current task. They'll ask anything, ranging from wood to cooked fish. And in return you'll get money. They'll also tell you something about the grand exchange about which i'll mention in the next post
